Great things on the horizon. I'm back in the saddle after a six month hiatus. I've written and submitted a story for a benefit anthology for my friend Tommy Hancock. Details to come pending release. Suffice to say that the Legends of New Pulp anthology will be packed with pulpy goodness.

Novella and Short Stories

I'm behind because of some ongoing health issues. That is if you can be behind when there's only the schedule and deadlines self imposed. To be honest I don't know where to start so I'm going to get all the small word count stuff out of the way first. So that means a novella for the Fight Card series and three short stories for my Single Shot imprint, From the Pen Of J. Walt Layne for Pro Se. After that its novels, novels, novels...

The Road Ahead

I'll be finishing the fight card story and then get on to fulfilling my Single Shot line for Pro Se Press. From there on novels. The third Champion City book will be released later this year. A number of anthologies are due any time, but as I tell everyone, publishing travels at publishing's pace in order to present the book to you in the finest condition possible.
